Google Video free Today
Thats quite interesting. I saw few videos. infact this is the first day I visited Google Video. Wish it is free forever and I can watch all Charlie Chaplin movies ...

bpo is a very wide word . Bpo has so many fields which a person can decide and choose. But yes the main work in Bpo are done by agents ,Team Leaders . Rest of the staff earning depend on how these people perform, so pressure is high on the agents. Well if u are in bpo industr one should live smart. Year as much money and make the saving. If u start ur bpo carrier at 21-22 then earn best of the salaries till the age of 30, after 35 one should live a relexed life. I think thats the ony way a bpo employee should look at his life.
